I work as a consultant with a select group of committed and motivated entrepreneurs to help further their business goals, help them achieve freedom from being run by their business and ultimately help them live a life of deep alignment.

My time devoted to coaching is limited, so I only work with clients for whom I know I can provide massive results - this means you need to meet my criteria:

• $500K to $5M in company revenue: this is my sweet spot and where I know I can deliver a lot of value. Below that threshold, you probably don’t have a team yet (my methodology is based on getting the most out of your team so you can free your time for more valuable pursuits) and above that you are running into complexity issues that I may not have encountered yet and can’t offer value for.

• You’re leading a team of 3 to 30 people: again, a lot of my methodology is based around getting maximum results from your team. If you’re a solopreneur, then you first need to hire some people and then let’s talk 6-12 months later.

• You’re coachable: you practice humility and are able to accept coaching and advice, without your ego getting in the way

• You’re looking for more freedom and fulfilment in your life - not just $$$: if you’re driven by achieving massive scale and getting on the cover of Entrepreneur magazine, then I’m not the coach for you. If you want more freedom to choose how to spend your time, while having your business run smoothly and without as much of you, then I can definitely help.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES & MY PROMISE TO YOU

1. You will free up more of your time and achieve better results with less work and less stress - in some cases even completely remove yourself from your company (if desired). I do this by helping you put bulletproof systems and processes in place that allow your business to run smoothly (and thrive) without you, without constant fires to put out and crises that pull you back in.

2. Ultimately, it’s about helping you create a life of deep alignment by helping you get clarity on what you really want from your business and your life and then deeply aligning your business around those goals.

HOW IT WORKS

I only work with entrepreneurs who are committed to their business - no part-timers. We meet every other week for 90 minutes via Skype, for either 6 months or a full year (sorry, I don’t do any less than that - I need time to deliver big results.)

I work on an established process for getting you from A (where you are now: overworked, stressed out, time-starved) to B (working less, with more freedom and potentially even more $ in your pocket).

My methodology is based on my own experiences running multiple companies from 6 to 7 figures in revenue, and structuring them in a way that gives me huge amounts of free time and freedom (in 2018 I took over 9 weeks off while working no more than 20 hours/week on my two companies, and spending huge amounts of time with my wife and kids).

I offer two CONSULTING packages for entrepreneurs:

PACKAGE 1: SIX MONTHS

6 months is my bare minimum for driving value to you and your business. In 6 months we can put in place structures and systems that are going to free up a huge amount of your time and allow your business to thrive without you, while reducing complexity and stress.

• Thirteen 90-minute consulting sessions (on Zoom), at 2-week intervals. Each session will include homework and/or workbooks designed to help you work through specific aspects of your business.

• Email support between each session

• Ongoing documentation of our progress, and accountability

COST: $12,000 CAD upfront payment or $2400 CAD/month over 6 months

PACKAGE 2: TWELVE months

With a full year to work with, I can help you almost completely free yourself from your business, with structures and systems in place that allow your business to thrive without you. You can then choose to spend your time focusing on where you drive the most value to your business, spending more time with family and friends, or both.

• Twenty-six 90-minute consulting sessions (on Zoom), at 2-week intervals. Each session will include homework and/or workbooks designed to help you work through specific aspects of your business.

• Email support between each session

• Ongoing documentation of our progress, and accountability

COST: $19,500 CAD upfront payment or $1,950 CAD/month over 12 months

My criteria

1. You need to be beyond the startup phase (i.e. established, with a minimum of 3 years in business), and earning a minimum of $500K in revenue.
   

2. Further to point #1, I only work with people who are fully committed to entrepreneurship. This means you're all in: no part time entrepreneurs working side jobs.
   

3. You need to be able and willing to commit additional capital to achieve results - this may include additional software or spending on paid ads to test various assumptions. I always keep budget in mind and will help you achieve maximum results with minimum expense.
   

4. Have a proven track record of hard work and dedication. I don't want to waste my time or yours if you don't have what it takes to commit to the program. I can't really test for this or quiz you - you just have to look within yourself and ask yourself if you have the work ethic and dedication to succeed as an entrepreneur, and at the very least, the dedication to do the homework I ask of you.
